1/2 oz. each of chamomile flowers, mint flowers, clover flowers, and orange flowers

1 oz. each linden flowers and valerian root

1Directions: Mix the above herbs and sore in a glass jar with a tight-fitting lid. To give as gift include how to serve

2For the brew: Throw in 2 pinches of the mixture into 1/2 liter boiling water. Let brew for about 5 minutes then strain out the plant material.
