Another Austrian brew which is said to date back to empress Maria Theresia. I post this as german recipe because JAP does not have Austrian recipes, but it is Austrian!!

Ingredients For maria theresia coffee

    espresso
  • a little hot water
  • 1 Tbsp
    grand marnier or cointreau
  • a little sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    whipped cream

How To Make maria theresia coffee

    Brew espresso and add a little hot water so that you get a slightly "longer" coffee

    Add sugar, then grand marnier.

    Top with whipped cream.
