Ingredients For hot tomato soup shots

  • 3 c
    tomato juice
  • 1/2 c
    roughly chopped celery
  • 1 sm
    onion, roughly chopped
  • 1
    bay leaf
  • 8
    whole cloves
  • 1 Tbsp
    Crystal hot sauce
  • 4 slice
    lemon
  • 1 c
    beef broth

How To Make hot tomato soup shots

  • 1
    Mix together everything except the beef broth in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and simmer 20 minutes. Strain discarding the solids.

    Place back in the pan and add the beef broth. Cook until warmed through. Taste and adjust for salt and hot sauce.
