Ingredients For gingerbread coffee creamer

  • 1 can
    (10 oz./300 ml) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 c
    half-and-half
  • 1 Tbsp
    blackstrap molasses
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground cloves
  • 1/8 tsp
    ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 tsp
    allspice

How To Make gingerbread coffee creamer

  • 1
    In a small pot over medium heat, add all the ingredients and whisk until blended. Heat until warm through – don’t bring it to a simmer.

    Remove from the heat and allow it to cool before transferring to a container and chill until ready to serve. Yields 2 cups.
