1/2 c(125 ml) 35 % cream

a pinch of ground nutmeg

How To Make continental hot chocolate

1Combine hot milk, chocolate syrup and liqueur and almond extract.

2Whip cream until softly stiff. Pour milk mixture into cups or mugs.

3Top with whipped cream and sprinkle with nutmeg.
