Ingredients For chocolate, chocolate and chocolate hot chocolate

3 clow-fat milk (or whole milk)

1 can(14 ounce) fat free evaporated milk

2/3 csweetened condensed milk

3 Tbspunsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 tspvanilla extract
-
2 ozchocolate liqueur
-
chocolate whipped cream (homemade or from a can)

1/4 cchocolate shavings, made up ahead

1In a medium saucepan combine the low fat milk, evaporated milk, and sweetened condensed milk.

2Bring to a simmer over medium low heat, stirring occasionally.

3Whisk in cocoa powder until well combined and no lumps are present. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla and the chocolate liqueur. You may add more sugar if desired.

4Serve in cups topped with the chocolate whipped cream and chocolate shavings. Enjoy!

5TIP: When you have some time take a few mins and several ounces of bittersweet chocolate that are at room temp and use a vegetable peeler to make chocolate shavings. They will keep, tightly covered in the refrigerator for up to six months. Nice to have on hand of quick garnishing.
