1/4 cthinly sliced orange peel

1orange, peeled and sliced

1 tsparomatic bitters

1/2 cwhipping cream, whipped
How To Make cafe trade wind

1Measure coffee into a flameproof glass pot. Add orange peel and orange slices, steeping over low heat 15 minutes.

2Add sugar and bitters, then strain and pour into warmed heatproof glasses.
