A creamy, rich and big-on-chocolate flavor cocoa mix. Using confectioner's sugar in this recipe allows for dissolving quickly as well as thickening the cocoa. This is a Cook's Country recipe that I received in my email at work the other day.

Ingredients For best-ever hot cocoa mix

3 cmilk, nonfat, dry

2 cconfectioners' sugar

1 1/2 cdutch-processed cocoa powder

1 1/2 cvanilla or white chocolate chips

1/4 tspsalt
How To Make best-ever hot cocoa mix

1Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Working in two batches, pulse ingredients in food processor until chocolate chips are finely ground. Store in airtight container for up to 3 months.

2To make hot cocoa: Stir 1/3 cup of mix into 1 cup of hot milk. Top with whipped cream or miniature marshmallows.
