My sister has an awesome cookbook that is all the secret recipes from companies, even candy companies! They have some great stuff, and Bailey's is awesome in coffee!

Ingredients For bailey's original irish cream

  • 1 c
    light cream
  • 1 can
    eagle sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 2/3 c
    irish whiskey (i prefer jameson)
  • 1 tsp
    instant coffee powder
  • 2 Tbsp
    hershey's chocolate syrup
  • 1 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp
    almond extract

How To Make bailey's original irish cream

    Combine all ingredients in a blender set on high speed for 30 seconds
  • 2
    Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate. The liqueur will keep for at least 2 months if kept cool. Be sure to shake well before serving. If you can't find light cream, use half-and-half or whole milk, because heavy cream will separate.
