My sister has an awesome cookbook that is all the secret recipes from companies, even candy companies! They have some great stuff, and Bailey's is awesome in coffee!

1 caneagle sweetened condensed milk

1 2/3 cirish whiskey (i prefer jameson)

1 tspinstant coffee powder

2 Tbsphershey's chocolate syrup

1 tspvanilla extract

1 tspalmond extract
How To Make bailey's original irish cream

1Combine all ingredients in a blender set on high speed for 30 seconds

2Bottle in a tightly sealed container and refrigerate. The liqueur will keep for at least 2 months if kept cool. Be sure to shake well before serving. If you can't find light cream, use half-and-half or whole milk, because heavy cream will separate.
