This is a replica of the coffee served at the Shannon Airport in Ireland. It was re-created by the owner of the Buena Vista Cafe in San Francisco.

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Yum! We absolutely loved this authentic Irish coffee. It's a strong cup of coffee slightly sweetened with sugar and just a bit of Irish whiskey. The best part is the frothed cream on top. As you drink the hot coffee through the cream, it magically mixes together. It will warm you up on a cold winter day. This is definitely an adult-only coffee.
