Ingredients For very berry soothies!!

  • 6 lg
    strawberries, fresh
  • 1/2 c
    raspberries, fresh
  • 1/2 c
    blueberries, fresh
  • 1 c
    non fat greek yogurt
  • 1/4 c
    half and half,fat free
  • 1 tsp
    sugar in the raw
  • 1 1/2 c
    ice cubes

How To Make very berry soothies!!

  • So simple to make and so delicious to drink!!

    Place the fruits,yogurt,sugar then the ice into a blender,add the half and half and process on high until smooth. Serve and enjoy!! :)
