I purposely left the M out of smoothies because on a hot sweltering day these are oh so soothing!!

1 cnon fat greek yogurt

1/4 chalf and half,fat free

1 tspsugar in the raw

1 1/2 cice cubes
How To Make very berry soothies!!

1Place the fruits,yogurt,sugar then the ice into a blender,add the half and half and process on high until smooth. Serve and enjoy!! :)
