Ingredients For tropical shake

  • 3/4 dash
    unsweetened pineapple juice
  • 1/3 c
    dry non-fat milk powder
  • 1 sm
    ripe banana
  • 1/2 tsp
    vanilla (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp
    honey (optional)
  • 1/2 c
    ice cubes

How To Make tropical shake

    Place all ingredients in blender container. Cover. Blend until ice is crushed.
