  • blueberries, frozen
  • banana, frozen
  • non-fat yogurt
  • milk
  • honey

How To Make red white and (whoopsie) purple smoothie

    RED = frozen strawberries, 2 scoops non-fat vanilla yogurt and about a tablespoon Honey
  • 2
    WHITE = frozen banana pieces, 2 scoops non-fat yogurt, splash of low fat milk and about a tablespoon Honey

    BLUE = frozen blueberries, 2 scoops non-fat vanilla yogurt and about a tablespoon Honey
