3/4 cvanilla soymilk (or low-fat milk)

2ice cubes

1 lgbanana, peeled and broken into chunks

2 Tbspslivered almonds (or sliced)

2-4 Tbspprotein powder (optional)

1 tsphoney (or to taste)
How To Make pomegranate morning shake

1In a blender, combine the pomegranate juice with soymilk, ice, banana, almonds, protein powder and honey to taste.

2Cover and blend on high speed for 30 seconds. Pour into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately.
