This smoothie is a great way to get your red veggies hidden in a smoothie as well as add some fiber and protein to a tasty treat. I use doTERRA's trimshake powder, however, it's great without that as well.

1 1/2 cvanilla almond milk

1 mdbanana

1 cfrozen strawberries

1 Tbspflaxseed, chia seed

1 Tbspcoconut manna

1/4 craw beet, cut into chunks (if you're new to green smoothies, try 1/8 cup)

1 scoopdoterra vanilla trimshake
How To Make hot pink smoothie

1Pour milk into blender, cut banana into blender. Add strawberries and remaining ingredients. Blend until smooth. Poor into cups and enjoy.
