1 calmond milk (or whole milk but it will raise the calories to 224)

1/2banana

3strawberries

1 pkgsplenda (or any other sweetener)
How To Make healthy strawberry banana smoothie

1First you gather all your ingredients.

2Then you add banana, strawberries, milk, and splenda to blender.

3Lastly, you blend (liquefy) on high for 1 minute. (or until smooth)
