C/O So Delicious. Delicately rearranged. Figs are naturally sweet so there is no need to add any sugar to the smoothie unless you want to.

Ingredients For fig smoothie (non-dairy)

3-4dried figs or dates, cut up into small pieces (mission, deglet noor, your favorite)

6 ozcoconut yogurt aka cultured coconut milk (or whole milk plan yogurt for dairy version)

1/2 cunsweetened coconut milk

1/4 tspvanilla extract
-
1/4-1/2 cfiltered water
-
1 Tbspflax seed oil (optional and it was omitted w/test recipe)

dashground cinnamon
-
1/2-3/4 ccrushed ice
How To Make fig smoothie (non-dairy)

1Blend all ingredients in a high power blender or a food processor until smooth. You may have to add a little bit more liquid (coconut milk, yogurt or water) to get the desired consistency. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
