C/O So Delicious. Delicately rearranged. Figs are naturally sweet so there is no need to add any sugar to the smoothie unless you want to.

Ingredients For fig smoothie (non-dairy)

  • 3-4
    dried figs or dates, cut up into small pieces (mission, deglet noor, your favorite)
  • 6 oz
    coconut yogurt aka cultured coconut milk (or whole milk plan yogurt for dairy version)
  • 1/2 c
    unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1/4 tsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1/4-1/2 c
    filtered water
  • 1 Tbsp
    flax seed oil (optional and it was omitted w/test recipe)
  • dash
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/2-3/4 c
    crushed ice

How To Make fig smoothie (non-dairy)

  • 1
    Blend all ingredients in a high power blender or a food processor until smooth. You may have to add a little bit more liquid (coconut milk, yogurt or water) to get the desired consistency. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
