2tbsrice protein powder

2tbsground flaxseed

1/2 c.frozen berries

1/2 c.banana
-
1 c.unsweetened vanilla almond milk(30 cal)

1c.nonfat 2% greek yogurt
-
1 scoopmetamucil or other fiber powder if you need it
How To Make amazing protein shake

1use large blender to milk, yogurt, banana

2add berries, blend
-
3add dry ingredients and blend until well mixed. This will be very thick, as a thick shake. Use less yogurt if you desire a thinner shake

4I also add 1/4 avocado for oil of the day
