    canned, water packed peach halves
  • 1 c
    plain unsweetened low-fat yogurt
  • 1 c
    skim milk
  • sugar substitute that equals 2 tablespoon sugar

How To Make pineapple-peach frappe

  • 1
    Combine pineapple, juice, and peaches in container of an electric blender or food processor; process until pureed. Add yogurt, milk, and sugar substitute; continue to process until smooth and thickened. serve immediately
