A deliciously spirited coffee drink. Although the photo is dressed for Christmas I think it's best in summer weather.

Ingredients For iced spanish coffee

  • cinnamon-sugar rimmed glass
  • 1 oz
    triple sec
  • 1 oz
    kahlua
  • 4 oz
    cold-brewed coffee
  • 6
    coffee ice cubes (fill ice cube trays with cold-brewed coffee well before before drink preparation)
  • 1 oz
    cream (or half and half)
  • whipped cream

How To Make iced spanish coffee

  • 1
    Add 2 ounces of cold brewed coffee and a couple of frozen coffee cube to your cinnamon-sugar rimmed glass.
  • 2
    Pour rum, triple sec and Kahlua over prepared glass. Add a float of cream.

    Garnish with whipped cream.
