Ingredients For green goddess pistachio milk

  • 1 c
    raw shelled pistachios
  • water for rinsing
  • 4 c
    water (if your tap water is at all questionable, use purified water from the store)
  • 1 Tbsp
    vanilla extract (can sub in almond extract if you're more a fan of that)

How To Make green goddess pistachio milk

  • 1
    Rinse shelled, raw pistachio nuts with water & drain
  • 2
    Mix nuts with four cups water Add in extract
  • 3
    Blend in food processor Strain into clean container Store in fridge for up to three days
  • 4
    NOTE: the excess pistachio pulp left in your strainer is a wonderful facial mask/scrub ~
