Ingredients For tarbooj sharbat- watermelon, strawberry juice

1 ptstrawberry, washed, whole

3 cwatermelon juice, fresh (tarbooj ka raas)

1/2 tspginger, pureed (adrak)

3 Tbspsugar (cheeni)
How To Make tarbooj sharbat- watermelon, strawberry juice

1Wash and stem the berries in cold water.

2Force through a food mill to separate seeds from the puree.

3Alternately place a nylon sieve over a bowl and, using a pestle or outstretched fingers, push to extract the fruit puree, discard the seeds.

4Combine all the ingredients in a jug, stir well and refrigerate for few hours.

5Stir and serve in glasses with crushed ice.
