arabic coffee, the saudi way
Somehow I find using saffron in my coffee just a touch decadent but so worth it, life is short, enjoy the coffee while you can!. Sweeten as/if you like.

Ingredients For arabic coffee, the saudi way

2 Tbsparabic coffee

3 Tbspground cardamom, powder

1/4 tspsaffron
How To Make arabic coffee, the saudi way

1Put 3 cups of water in a pot and bring to a boil.

2Add the coffee and boil over low flame. Turn the heat off after 5 minutes and leave the coffee to clear.

3Pour the coffee into a kettle, leaving the coffee to settle in the pot.

4Add in the cardamom and saffron to the kettle of coffee and boil once before serving in small cups.
