This is a low-cal version of McDonaId's popular springtime treat.

Ingredients For skinny shamrock shake

3/4 cnon-fat vanilla frozen yogurt

1/2 cnon-fat milk
-
1/8 tsppeppermint extract or mint extract

5 dashgreen food coloring
-
1-2 pkgsugar substitute (equal, stevia, splenda)

3-4ice cubes
-
fat-free whippped cream, for garnish
How To Make skinny shamrock shake

1Combine all shake ingredients in a blender and blend on high speed until smooth. Stop blender and stir with a spoon to help blend everything.

2Pour into a 16-ounce glass, and serve. Or for two servings, split evenly among two 8-ounce glasses.

3Top with light whipped cream, if desired and enjoy immediately. It's great with or without the whipped cream.
