I'm always very sad when the grocery stores take the eggnog creamer off the shelf after the holidays. Though I try to drink gallons of it while it lasts, it seems I can never quite get enough. This version of a spiced creamer gets pretty close - at least enough to keep me satisfied until November rolls back around!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

If you love the flavors of fall in your coffee year round, then this homemade creamer will make you so happy. It has a perfect consistency and the flavors are well balanced. There is sweetness from the condensed milk so taste your coffee before adding any extra sweetener. The only thing missing is a pumpkin muffin to go with the coffee.
