Another coffee delight. Treat yourself to a special coffee topped with frothy vanilla-infused milk with just a hint of sweetness. Of course, you can make it as sweet as you wish.

Ingredients For cafe vanilla

3/4 cstrongly brewed coffee

1/2vanilla bean

1/2 cmilk
-
1 tspbrown sugar. or to taste

cinnamon or nutmeg - for garnish
How To Make cafe vanilla

1Brew a strong cup (actually 3/4 cup) of coffee.

2Slice the 1/2 vanilla bean lengthwise. Place the vanilla bean, milk and brown sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a gentle boil - stirring occasionally. Remove from heat as soon as it starts boiling. Set aside and let steep for 10 minutes.

3Using an immersion blender, bend the milk mixture until frothy - about 20 seconds. Alternatively, you can place the milk mixture in a standard blender and blend on high until foamy.

4Pour the coffee into a serving cup. Top with the vanilla-infused milk. Top with a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg. Enjoy!
