This coffee is a special treat on my Low Carb diet. I think all you coffee lovers (low carbers or not) will enjoy too.

Ingredients For bullet proof coffee (bpc)

  • 16 to 20 oz
    brewed coffee (hot and strong)
  • 1 Tbsp
    coconut oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp
    heavy cream, opt
  • 1 pkg
    stevia sweetner, opt

How To Make bullet proof coffee (bpc)

    Put all ingredients in NutriBullet, Ninja or a Blender. Process. This will result in a nice gourmet like frothy coffee.

    NOTES: Coffee to use should be your personal choice. I used Columbian. I tried adding a spoonful of cocoa and while I liked the cocoa flavor, it resulted in having a dry mouth The cream and sweetner is for those of us that love to doctor up our coffee Even without the cream, the coffee will still froth from the butter and oil.
