Ingredients For vegetable ice

  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp
    hot pepper sauce
  • 6 c
    vegetable juice cocktail

How To Make vegetable ice

  • 1
    Pour above ingredients into ice cube trays and freeze. Remove from freezer 15 minutes before serving.
  • 2
    Spoon into sherbet glasses and garnish with a lemon slice and sprig of mint.
  • 3
    This would also be great to leave frozen as ice cubes and add them to drinks.
