This is a tropical drink for two. It has a soft pink tint (from the grenadine), which is best served in tiki mugs. I don't have tiki mugs, so I served them in my crystal cocktail/martini glasses. It's really delicious though and they always get rave reviews when I make these for my friends.

Ingredients For tiki tini

  • 1 1/2 oz
    coconut rum
  • 1 oz
    gold tequila
  • 1 oz
    vodka
  • 5 oz
    pineapple juice
  • 1 oz
    coconut cream (not coconut milk)
  • 1 dash
    grenadine (a splash, actually)
  • ice cubes

How To Make tiki tini

  • 1
    Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until the coconut cream has thoroughly blended with the other ingredients.

    Strain into two tiki mugs or cocktail (martini) glasses.
