rum punch for one

This cocktail is from Barbados. I gave this a try, and it's quite good. The word punch comes from the Indian word "paunch", which means five, referring to the five elements of sour, sweet, strong, weak and spice that are required for a beverage to properly be classified as 'punch'. And this cocktail follows the standard of including one measure of sour, two of sweet, three of strong, and four of weak, and sprinkle of spice. It's really good, I hope you give it a try.
