Ingredients For poinsettias

  • 2 1/2 oz
    cranberry juice
  • 1/2 oz
    cointreau or triple sec orange liqueur
  • brut champagne
  • maraschino cherries

How To Make poinsettias

    Chill all of the ingredients beforehand.

    Pour the Cointreau and cranberry juice into a chilled Champagne flute. Stir Well.

    Top with Champagne. Drop in a maraschino cherry.
  • 4
    For quick party service, mix the first two ingredients and store in a chilled pitcher. When it is time to serve, simply pour 3 ounces from the pitcher and top with Champagne.
