Ingredients For pineapple upside down cake martini

  • 2 oz
    iced cake vodka
  • 6 oz
    orange/pineapple juice
  • dash
    creme of coconut
  • 2 Tbsp
    crushed pinapple
  • dash
    grenadine
  • garnish with half a pineapple slice and maraschino cherry

How To Make pineapple upside down cake martini

    In martini glass, added a maraschino cherry to bottom of glass then crushed pineapple.

    In cocktail shaker, add small amount of ice and all other ingredients except garnish. Shake well to chill. Strain into glass.

    Add a small pineapple slice and maraschino cherry to cocktail toothpick and place in drink.
