This cocktail is a refreshing summer take on a sangria or punch. Using fresh, in-season peaches is best, but if you can't find any or want to enjoy this out of season, canned or frozen peaches will work just fine.

Ingredients For peach wine

  • 3
    ripe peaches, or 1-15 ounce can of peaches
  • 1 bottle
    pinot grigio
  • 1 bottle
    peach sparkling wine or moscato
  • 1
    lime, cut into wedges

How To Make peach wine

  • 1
    Cut the peaches in half and remove the pits. Place halves in blender, leaving the skins on.

    Pour in wine and blend until smooth. If not serving immediately, cover and store this mixture in the fridge up to overnight.

    To serve, fill glasses with ice. Fill each glass about 2/3 full with the blended wine mixture. Top with the sparkling wine. Squeeze in a lime wedge and serve.
