With St. Paddy's Day around the corner, I decided to come up with a Baileys coffee drink. This is the drink I came up with. It goes down easy and it's very delicious. I hope you all enjoy it!

Blue Ribbon Recipe

Cheers St. Patrick's Day with this creamy coffee cocktail. It's a twist to Irish coffee and we loved adding the sweet Baileys Irish Cream. The combination of rums and Baileys is so yummy. Maybe too good... slow down and sip on this delicious cocktail this St. Paddy's Day.

Ingredients For irish coffee by nor

  • 2 oz
    Baileys Irish cream
  • 1 oz
    coffee rum
  • 1/2 oz
    coconut rum
  • 1/2 c
    strong brewed coffee
  • 1/2 c
    light cream
  • 1 oz
    chocolate syrup, plus more for inside rim.

How To Make irish coffee by nor

  • Ingredients for the Irish coffee laid out.

    Place all ingredients in a shaker. Shake with a couple cubes of ice.
  • Straining the Irish coffee into a chocolate rimmed glass.

    Strain and pour into a glass rimmed with chocolate syrup on the inside rim.
