1/4 cfinely chopped white onion

1/4 cchopped flat leaf parsley

1/4 cclamato tomato clam cocktail juice

1/4 cseeded and chopped fresh ripe tomatoes

1 Tbspchopped fresh oregano

2 tsptabasco sauce
-
2 smanaheim chiles, roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped

1 clovegarlic, finely chopped

1 smserrano chile, finely chopped

1/2 lbcooked and peeled medium shrimp

1/2 lbjumbo lump crabmeat, picked and cleaned

1 lgavocado, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
How To Make mexican seafood cocktail

1Combine everything except the SHRIMP,CRAB, ans AVOCADO in a large bowl and season with salt to taste if desired.

2Fold in the shrimp, crab, and avocado. Serve with tortilla chips.
