Ingredients For mexican seafood cocktail

  • 1/2 c
    fresh lime juice
  • 1/3 c
    ketchup
  • 1/4 c
    heinz sweet chili sauce
  • 1/4 c
    chopped cilantro leaves
  • 1/4 c
    chopped green olives
  • 1/4 c
    extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 c
    finely chopped white onion
  • 1/4 c
    chopped flat leaf parsley
  • 1/4 c
    clamato tomato clam cocktail juice
  • 1/4 c
    seeded and chopped fresh ripe tomatoes
  • 1 Tbsp
    chopped fresh oregano
  • 2 tsp
    tabasco sauce
  • 2 sm
    anaheim chiles, roasted, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 1 clove
    garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 sm
    serrano chile, finely chopped
  • 1/2 lb
    cooked and peeled medium shrimp
  • 1/2 lb
    jumbo lump crabmeat, picked and cleaned
  • 1 lg
    avocado, cut into 1/4 inch cubes

How To Make mexican seafood cocktail

    Combine everything except the SHRIMP,CRAB, ans AVOCADO in a large bowl and season with salt to taste if desired.

    Fold in the shrimp, crab, and avocado. Serve with tortilla chips.
