kights' killer coffee liqueur (lower carb)
We love coffee liqueurs, but they're usually so full of sugar that they're hard to enjoy (especially with a diabetic in the house). This recipe, which uses Stevia In The Raw zero calorie sweetener, is quick, easy, tasty and perfect to give as a gift! We had several bottles of caramel schnapps left from our annual Christmas fondue party, so we decided to experiment (good call!). The hint of cocoa helps to smooth the bite of the coffee, too. 3 cinstant coffee powder

4 1/2 cstevia in the raw zero calorie sweetener

6 ozpure vanilla extract

5 Tbspcocoa powder

3 ccaramel schnapps
-
1/2 galeverclear 190 proof grain alcohol
How To Make kights' killer coffee liqueur (lower carb)

1In stockpot, mix water, coffee powder, cocoa and stevia. Bring to just boiling. Let cool completely, stirring every so often.

2When mixture has cooled, add vanilla extract, caramel schnapps and Everclear.

3You can serve immediately or let the flavors blend - equally good! Serve over ice. Great topped with half and half!

4Store in sterilized bottle(s) in cool, dark spot. Makes wonderful gifts :)
