Ingredients For kapalua butterfly

  • 2/3 c
    pineapple juice
  • 1/2 c
    dark rum
  • 6 Tbsp
    cream of coconut
  • 1/4 c
    sweet and sour mix
  • 2 Tbsp
    grenadine
  • 2 tsp
    frozen orange juice concentrate, not thawed
  • 20
    ice cubes

How To Make kapalua butterfly

  • 1
    Combine first 6 ingredients in blender.

    Chill in freezer 30 minutes.
  • 3
    Add ice to pitcher; blend until ice is finely crushed.
  • 4
    Pour into brandy glasses.
