Ingredients For it's a "honey bee"

  • 1 1/2 oz
    brandy
  • 1 1/2 oz
    gin
  • 1 1/2 oz
    lemon-honey sour (recipe follows)
  • 1/2 tsp
    white crème de menthe or peppermint schnapps
  • lemon twist
  • lemon-honey sour
  • 1 1/2 oz
    fresh lemon juice
  • 1
    part honey (per your taste - 1 tsp or tblsp

How To Make it's a "honey bee"

  • 1
    In Small Microwave Safe Bowl, microwave honey for several seconds or until liquid. stir in lemon juice. refrigerate. store in refrigerator.

    Fill a shaker with ice; add all ingredients except lemon twist. Shake; strain into martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist.
