Ingredients For french 75 cocktail

1 ozgin (or cognac)

1/2 ozlemon juice

1/4 ozsimple syrup (or a bar spoon of fine sugar)

champagne to fill the glass
How To Make french 75 cocktail

1Shake the lemon juice, sugar and gin (or Cognac) in a shaker full of ice, strain it into a chilled glass, and top it off with chilled Champagne.
