Ingredients For eggnog pumpkin milkshake

  • 3
    egg yolks
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 1 c
    heavy cream
  • 1 c
    milk
  • 1 can
    (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 2 Tbsp
    vanilla extract
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground nutmeg, plus more for garnish
  • 4
    jiggers dark rum or brandy (optional)
  • 4 c
    vanilla ice cream
  • whipped cream for garnish, i use reddi whip

How To Make eggnog pumpkin milkshake

    Add all the milk shake ingredients except the ice cream into a blender and blend until smooth. Add the ice cream and blend until smooth and thick. Pour into glasses, garnish with whipped cream, ground nutmeg.
