coquito (coconut eggnog)
There are many different ways to make Coquito ......some people add sweetened condensed milk along with egg yokes. I don't use either of these two items. Here is my recipe:

Ingredients For coquito (coconut eggnog)

1 cancoconut milk

1 cancoconut cream
-
1 canevaporated milk

1/4 csugar
-
3/4 cwhite rum
-
1/2 tsppowdered cinnamon

1/4 tsppowdered ground cloves
-
1/4 tsppowdered ground nutmeg

1 tsppure vanilla extract
How To Make coquito (coconut eggnog)

1Add all ingredients into a blender and blend for 1 or 2 minutes.

2Pour coconut mixture into a tall bottle; cover. Transfer to refrigerator. Chill until cold.

3To serve, pour coquito into small serving glasses. Garnish with ground cinnamon and cinnamon sticks, if desired.
