  • 1 c
    cantaloupe, scooped into balls
  • 1 c
    pineapple, peeled, cored and cubed
  • 1 lg
    orange, washed, sliced and halved
  • 2 lg
firm kiwifruits, peeled, sliced and halved
  • 1 1/2 l
    sauvignon blanc, chilled

    orange liqueur such as cointreau
  • 1 c
    strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 c
    ice cubes
  • 2 c
    7up® lemon-lime soda

How To Make white sangria

  • 1
Make some watermelon and cantaloupe balls using a small scoop or melon baller - because they’re round, although the recipe is for 1 cup each, go over like 1 ½ to 1 ¾ cups.
  • 2
To a large pitcher, add the watermelon and cantaloupe balls followed by pineapple cubes. Add orange slices and kiwifruits. To this, pour in white wine, freshly squeezed orange juice and orange liqueur.
  • 3
Gently stir everything without crushing the fruits, put the lid on and transfer to the fridge for at least 2 hours or up to 6 hours.
  • 4
A few hours later, add the strawberries, ice cubes and lemon-lime soda. Gently stir until well mixed and serve immediately.
