7 1/2 cmilk

6 ozwhite chocolate

2 tspinstant coffee

2 tspcognac

1 tspfreshly grated nutmeg
How To Make white heat

1Whisk the heavy cream with an electric whisk until thickened. Set aside.

2Pour the milk into a small pan and bring to just below boiling point, then remove from the heat. Meanwhile, finely chop the chocolate.

3Whisk the chocolate, instant coffee, and cognac into the milk and continue to whisk until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.

4Pour the mixture into 4 warmed glasses or mugs. Top each with a spoonful of the whipped cream, sprinkle with the nutmeg, and serve immediately.
