Great base for "Bloody Mary" cocktail. You could leave out the vodka and that would be a bloody shame.

Ingredients For very bloody mary

1 lgcan tomato juice

3/4 cbeef consimme

1/2 tsplemon juice, fresh

2 1/2worcestershire sauce

1 tspcelery seed

1 tspkosher salt

1/2 Tbspfreshly ground black pepper

1 Tbsphorseradish
How To Make very bloody mary

1Combine all ingredients; mix well. Makes 1 1/2 quarts.

2To mix drinks, fill glass with ice and pour in 1 or more ounces of vodka. Add mix and stir slightly.

3Garnish with a wedge of lemon, lime or celery stick.
