Ingredients For the latin apple

  • 8
    red chile peppers
  • 5 oz
    rum
  • 4 oz
    lime juice, fresh
  • 8 oz
    apple juice
  • 2 oz
    simple syrup ( check my recipes)

How To Make the latin apple

  • 1
    Chop chile peppers in half and reserve remaining halves for garnish. In shaker, add chopped chile peppers plus remaining ingredients. Shake and strain into pitcher. Chill until ready to serve. When serving, stir well. Garnish martini glass with reserved chile pepper on rim.
