Ingredients For strawberry sparkle

  • 3 c
    ice
  • 1 1/2 c
    fresh or frozen strawberries, if fresh, remove stems
  • 12 oz
    can club soda
  • 1/3 c
    mint syrup, recipe follows
  • 1/4 c
    loosely packed mint leaves
  • 2 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • MINT SYRUP
  • 3/4 c
    sugar
  • 3/4 c
    water
  • 1/2 tsp
    mint extract

How To Make strawberry sparkle

    Throw ice and drink ingredients into blender and blend until ice is crushed and asll is well mixed and frozen.

    MINT SYRUP:Stir sugar and water into small saucepan and boil for 2 minutes. Cool and then add mint extract and stir.
