3 lgcelery stalks, plus additional stalks for serving

2 tspgrated yellow onion

1/2 cfreshly squeezed lemon juice (3 lemons)

1 tspworchestershire sauce

1 tspcelery salt

1/2 tspkosher salt

1/2 tsptabasco, or to taste

46 ozsacramento tomato juice

How To Make spicy bloody marys

1Cut the celery in large dices, including the leaves, and puree it in the bowl of a food processor. Add the horseradish, onion, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, kosher salt, and Tabasco and puree again.

2Pour the tomato juice into a 2 1/2 quart container, stir in the celery and seasonings mixture, then add the vodka and chill. Put a few ice cubes into each glass, pour in the bloody mary mixture, and garnish with a celery stick.
