2/3 cice cold champagne, sparkling water or gingerale

mint sprigs or fruit slices for garnish, optional
How To Make sparkling fruit smoothies

1Combine the yogurt, fruit and nutmeg in a blender; process until smooth.

2Pour into glasses, filling 3/4 full.

3Top off with champagne, sparkling water or ginger ale.

4Gently stir to combine.
