Ingredients For sparkling fruit smoothies

  • 1 c
    yogurt, plain or fruit flavored
  • 2 c
    fresh fruit, cut up
  • 1/4 tsp
    nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 2/3 c
    ice cold champagne, sparkling water or gingerale
  • mint sprigs or fruit slices for garnish, optional

How To Make sparkling fruit smoothies

  • 1
    Combine the yogurt, fruit and nutmeg in a blender; process until smooth.

    Pour into glasses, filling 3/4 full.

    Top off with champagne, sparkling water or ginger ale.
