My sister found this recipe in a magazine while waiting in a doctors office. We can't wait to try it! And with the football play-offs coming up not to mention Superbowl--what an easy cocktail to make ahead.

Ingredients For sisters whiskey slushy

2 ccrowne royal whiskey (or your favorite whiskey)

6 ccranberry juice

4 1/2 cpomegranate juice

2 corange juice, frozen concentrate

2limes, juiced

1 csugar
-
1 cwater, cold
-
white soda (reg. or diet)
How To Make sisters whiskey slushy

1mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

2Pour into a large shallow freezer safe container (I would think a re-useable ice cream pail would work) Put into freezer and mix occasionally for the next few hours.

3when firmed up a bit--scoop a bit (1/2 cup) into a highball glass and serve with a splash of white soda on top. Stir until slushy.
