sassy summer cooler
So I am going on a girls weekend trip to the beach. We needed a signature drink for the weekend. This is cool with a little fruitiness but not too sweet. The mint lingers and makes this so refreshing, it will be great to sip on while sitting on the beach listening to the waves and catching some sun. Note ... I didn't have access to a good food processor while out of town so I replaced the strawberry purée and lemonade with a premade strawberry lemonade concentrate and it was easy and worked well. It still had all the flavor combinations.
